GENERAL

• What country do you ship from?

I’m based in France.

 

• What postal agency do you use ?

I use the french postal service : LaPoste.

 

• Where do you ship to ?

Basically everywhere (except sensitive countries). If you have any doubts don't hesitate to contact me.

 

• What about VAT / Customs fees ?

I don’t collect VAT. Buyers are responsible for any potential fees upon delivery. Be aware before ordering.

 

• When will my order be shipped out ?

I ship out orders once a week, usually on Monday. Depending on the amount of orders waiting to be packed, your order will be mailed between a few days and 2 weeks.


⚠️ PRE-ORDER ITEMS : Production usually take ~2 months after pre-orders close. Please be sure you can wait. Any order containing a pre-order item will be send at once. So if you want an in stock product without waiting please make 2 orders separating IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER items.

 

• Will I get a tracking number ?

Yes, every order comes with a tracking number in order to avoid lost packages and other potential issues.

 

• When will I receive my order ?

International shipping generally takes 4 to 10 weeks depending of your country. Please be aware that it may vary during holidays. Delays often happen for international shipments and during summer. 

France to France shipping should take less than a week.

• What is the refund policy ?

I will be responsible if :

- The address was incorrect due to my mistake.
- One of the products is damaged due to my mistake.
- Incorrect or missing items.

I will not be responsible if :

- The buyer provided me a wrong or old address.

• What is the enamel pins grading system?

Grade A: Standar, good condition
Grade B: Small production flaws (tiny scratches or marks on the plating, the enamel or the screeprint)
Grade C: Big flaws

IMPORTANT INFO: UV print pins have a higher flaw rate than regular ones so here are the different grades:
A: Can have tiny flaws, often not so noticeable at first glance (little marks on the printing)
B : More noticeable flaws (deeper marks in the printing or stains, scratches...)
C : Multiple very large flaws (printing removed in some spots)
